All cells are subject to abundant RNA oxidation. We want to determine how RNA oxidation is used for regulatory purposes.

When RNA is subject to oxidation the RNA bases become oxidised and while this is not typically considered an RNA modification.

We will use sequencing-based methods for detection of RNA oxidation and investigate the functional consequences.
